At TCI Companies, Inc. the health and safety of our clients, as well as our employees, is our first and foremost concern. With public safety in mind, we are OPEN as an essential service under Illinois Governor Pritzker’s shelter in place guidelines for all your water well, plumbing, irrigation, and geothermal needs.
- In order to minimize exposure and slow down the rate of infection, we have established a mandatory work remote policy for all employees who can. We are able to receive your service requests through our normal channels of phone calls and email requests.
- For our employees who must be on site to serve our customers, we have augmented cleaning procedures, implemented CDC and WHO guidelines and instituted social distancing practices. We will continue to evaluate our actions to help keep our employees and customers safe.
- To best protect the health of our employees and customers, we are asking a few basic health questions at the time of initial call and again before entering the home. We are screening calls much more closely and will turn people away from service if they have flu symptoms in the house.
